Shipping

U.S. orders above $35 ship free! On orders under $35, we have a flat shipping fee of $5. If you need your order sooner, we offer Express shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout for $10.

International shipping costs vary by weight and country.

FURB ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $35.

We currently ship most items to the following countries: Canada and U.K. If you live in Canada or the U.K. and would like to place an order for a dog bed, please email us your order at assist@furb.com. 

If you are international and would like to place an order from another country, please email us your order at assist@furb.com.

Once your order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.  Track the status of your order by clicking on the link to your tracking details. Delivery time is based on the delivered method chosen at checkout. FURB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.

DELAYS
*Please note, transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather, and carrier transit errors are not within our control. While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for packages delayed in transit.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that changes or cancelations can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order for address changes or order cancelations.

*Please note, we may experience high call and chat volumes at times which may impact our ability to address your request immediately. Rest assured we will do our best to help assist you if your order has not been processed yet.

Returns & Exchanges

US Returns:

Want to return your item? No problem -  our returns are free and easy! To make sure that your item is eligible for a return, please follow the outlined items below.

- Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, new condition, undamaged and unwashed with tags attached if applicable.
- If you believe that your item is damaged or faulty, email assist@furb.com with your order number, issue and include a picture.  All damaged claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. 
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return.

Intenational Returns:
For international returns please email assist@furb.com. FURB does not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns. To make sure that your item is eligible for a return, please follow the outlined items below.

Please note: Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance.

US Returns:
All returns are done using our online portal. In order to make a return you will need your order number and shipping zip code.  To start a return and receive a shipping label click HERE.

Return Instructions
- Follow the prompts to obtain your return shipping label.
- Repack your items back in the original packaging.
- Attach your return shipping label to the outside of the return packaging.

International Returns:
For international returns please email assist@furb.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase for the new item and then return the item you have. Exchanges for select products are also available in the Returns Portal when inventory is available.

Processing times for returns vary depending on the return options chosen.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Processing begins after the return has been delivered to our warehouse and may take 2 - 6 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to post to your account.  

STORE CREDIT
We also offer store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card which will be sent to the email used to place the order. Processing begins after the return has received a scan in transit with our return carrier.

EXCHANGES & SHOP NOW
We offer exchanges for a different size but we plan to offer additional exchanges and a shop-now option in the future. Subject to product availability, exchanges will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days from the date your return is scanned in transit. 

INSTANT EXCHANGES
If an instant exchange is possible, we can exchange your order instantly rather than after your return has been scanned in transit. A temporary authorization will be placed on the credit card provided for the full amount of the exchange order total for 7 business days. If your return is not sent back within 21 days from the date of return submission the credit card provided will be charged the full amount of the exchange order. 
*Be sure your parcel is scanned and obtain proof by requesting a receipt.

Orders

Order confirmation emails are automatically generated once your order has successfully processed in our system. Not to worry though! Contact us and provide your order number and we can look into the issue. In many cases, confirmation emails are not received due to a slight typo. Our team is always happy to help sort out the issue!

There are a few places where you can check the status of your order. 

1. Access the shipping confirmation email and track your package. You will likely be directed to the carrier's website, where you can see where the package is in transit and how long it will take to be delivered. 

2. Check your FURB Account
If you have an account, you can login to see all your orders and review their status by clicking on the order in question. Forgetten password? - you can always reset it. And if you don't have an account, feel free to create one! If an order appears unfulfilled, this means it is still processing at our warehouse. 

Please contact us, providing your order number and the name, color and size of the missing item so we can assist you with tracking it down. Occassionally orders are shipped in multiple packages and we should be able to provide additional tracking details if this is the case.

Product

Many of our products are exclusive to FURB and are only available on our website. We design many of our own products and spend time choosing the tiniest of details and curating a collection of our favorite products. Perhaps one day we will have physical stores, but for now we've tried to make the shopping experience as seamless as possible!

Please refer to either the care tags on the product or the product page information for instructions on how to best care for the product.

We design our produts with quality and durability in mind, but there is always the occassional dog that is stronger and more eager than we anticipated. Unfortunately, this is would not be considered a defect or part of regular wear and tear. That said, feel free to reach out to assist@furb.com to see what we can do for you.
