FURB DISCOUNT CODES
What discount codes do you offer?
New customers can receive 10% off their first order by signing up for email! We believe in offering great everyday prices to our customers, so we limit the use of discount codes when possible so that we can offer all of our customers excellent everyday prices. We do have a few sales a year with deeper discounts (sign up for email HERE to be notified about them!)
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
U.S. orders above $35 ship free! On orders under $35, we have a flat shipping fee of $5. If you need your order sooner, we offer Express shipping (2-3 business days) at checkout for $10.
International shipping costs vary by weight and country.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Track the status of your order by clicking on the link to your tracking details. Delivery time is based on the delivered method chosen at checkout. FURB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.
DELAYS *Please note, transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather, and carrier transit errors are not within our control. While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for packages delayed in transit.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
US Returns: Start a return HERE
Want to return your item? No problem - our returns are free and easy! To make sure that your item is eligible for a return, please follow the outlined items below.
- Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.- Items must be in original, new condition, undamaged and unwashed with tags attached if applicable.
- If you believe that your item is damaged or faulty, email assist@furb.com with your order number, issue and include a picture. All damaged claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return.
Intenational Returns:
For international returns please email assist@furb.com. FURB does not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns. To make sure that your item is eligible for a return, please follow the outlined items below.

Please note: Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance.
