RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to send back your return or make an exchange. 
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a refund or exchange.

I’VE RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-6 business days for your return to be processed and then up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We will send you an email when we’ve processed your refund to let you know it's on the way.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please follow our return policy outlined above and email assist@furb.com to get your return started.
